ÉN VOGUE
Diana Vreeland, Editor-In-Chief for Vogue magazine from 1963 - 1971, is one of my greatest inspirations. There's very little video of her, but what there is shows her as a dynamic woman that saw the exoticism of the world and brought Russia, Japan, India, and Egypt to the quiet and quaint citizens of Mid-20th Century America. She had an eye. She was a trend setter. She alway was considering what is next.
"You're not suppose to give people what they want! You're supposed to give the people what they don't know they want YET!"
Join me as we discuss what is ÉN VOGUE. What is now? What is current? What is forward? What is trendsetting? Ms. Vreeland had the eye to bring Siberia to our parents, grandparents, great-grandparents' homes.
What are we going to bring?...
